If any author cancels the registered paper, before 16th September, 2023
25% amount of the paid fees will be deducted from Indian Authors which include 18% of GST paid on registration fees, 6$ for EDAS registration, and other administrative cost.
For foreign Authors, via bank transfer: 18% GST on registration fees, Payment transfer fees, 6$ for EDAS registration, and administration costs will be deducted.
For foreign authors, via PayPal: 18% GST on registration fees, Payment transfer fees for PayPal, 6$ for EDAS registration, and administration costs will be deducted.
Any cancellation after 16th September, 2023, No refund will be given in any case.
